6.1 Powering On/Off and Forward/Reverse

  • Power On: Press the continuous speed trigger to start the drill. The speed is variable based on trigger pressure.
  • Power Off: Release the trigger.
  • Forward/Reverse: Use the forward/reverse switch located above the trigger to select the rotation direction. Push left for forward (drilling/screwing in) and right for reverse (screwing out). Center position locks the trigger for safety.

6.2 Speed Settings

The drill features a 2-speed gearbox for different applications.

  • Low Speed (0-450 RPM): Select gear '1' for high torque applications like driving screws or drilling large holes in soft materials.
  • High Speed (0-1700 RPM): Select gear '2' for fast drilling in wood or metal.

6.3 Torque Settings

The torque adjustment ring allows you to select from 21+3 torque settings to prevent over-tightening screws or damaging materials.

  • Rotate the torque adjustment ring to the desired setting. Lower numbers are for smaller screws or softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws or harder materials.
  • The 'Drill' symbol (drill bit icon) is for drilling without torque clutch.
  • The 'Hammer' symbol (hammer icon) is for impact drilling in masonry.
