Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires two adults. Estimated assembly time: approximately 2 hours. Ensure you have adequate space to work.

1. Step 1: Assemble the Main Daybed Frame.

   Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and an Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are finger-tight before fully securing them.

2. Step 2: Install the Bed Slats.

   Place the wooden slats across the support beams of the main frame. Secure them using the provided screws. Ensure even spacing for proper mattress support.

3. Step 3: Assemble the Trundle Unit.

   Assemble the trundle frame according to the diagram in your hardware manual. Attach the wheels to the bottom of the trundle frame for easy movement.

4. Step 4: Assemble the Storage Drawers.

Operating Instructions

Extending to King Size

This daybed is designed to expand from a Twin size to a King size sleeping surface. To convert the daybed:

1. Ensure there are no obstructions around the daybed.
2. Gently pull the lower bed frame outwards from the main frame. The frame is designed to slide smoothly, expanding the sleeping surface.
3. Once fully extended, place your King-size mattress or two Twin-size mattresses side-by-side to cover the expanded area.

Using the Storage Drawers

The two integrated drawers are located beneath the daybed for convenient storage.
