Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Hbada Office Chair. An installation manual in PDF format is also available for detailed diagrams.

1. Step 1: Attach Casters to Base
   Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.

2. Step 2: Install Gas Lift Cylinder
   Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base. Do not force it.
3. Step 3: Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat Cushion
   Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the "FRONT" arrow on the mechanism points towards the front of the seat.
4. Step 4: Attach Armrests to Seat Cushion
   Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Make sure they are oriented correctly.
5. Step 5: Attach Backrest to Seat Cushion and Armrests
   Connect the backrest to the seat cushion and armrests using the remaining screws. Ensure all connections are firm and stable.
6. Step 6: Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift
   Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure the connection.

Operating Instructions

Your Hbada Office Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, raise or lower the seat to your desired height. Release the lever to lock the height.

2. Lumbar Support Adjustment

The ergonomic lumbar support can be adjusted by 5cm to provide precise lower back support. Locate the adjustment knob or lever on the backrest and move it up or down to find the most comfortable position for your spine.

3. Flip-Up Armrests

The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to be tucked under a desk, saving space. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into a vertical position. To lower them, pull them down until they click into the horizontal position.

4. Tilt Function and Rocking

The chair features a tilt function for relaxing. Pull the lever (same as height adjustment) outwards to enable rocking. Push it inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The rocking tension can be adjusted using the round knob located under the seat, allowing you to control the resistance of the tilt.

5. Zero-Pressure Cushion

The 12cm thick W-shaped cushion is designed to conform to the curves of your hips and legs, reducing pressure during long sitting periods. This high-density molded foam cushion maintains its shape and comfort over time.
