2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup
4.1. Charging the Battery
- Locate the charging port on the sprayer unit.
- Connect the charger to the charging port.
- Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
- Allow the battery to charge fully before first use. The charging indicator light (if present) will change color or turn off when charging is complete. Do not use the sprayer while charging.
4.2. Assembling the Sprayer
- Attach Shoulder Straps: Securely fasten the shoulder straps to the designated attachment points on the sprayer tank. Ensure they are adjusted for comfortable carrying.
- Connect Lance: Screw the extendable stainless steel lance firmly onto the sprayer's hose connection point.
- Select and Attach Nozzle: Choose the desired nozzle for your application and screw it onto the end of the lance.
- Insert Filter: Place the filter basket into the tank opening before filling to prevent debris from entering the pump system.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Filling the Tank
- Ensure the sprayer is on a stable, level surface.
- Unscrew and remove the tank lid.
- Carefully pour the desired liquid (water, herbicide, pesticide, etc.) into the tank, ensuring it does not exceed the 16-liter capacity mark. Use the filter basket to prevent debris.
- Securely replace and tighten the tank lid.
5.2. Manual Operation
- Ensure the battery power switch is in the "OFF" position.
- Operate the manual lever pump handle repeatedly to build pressure inside the tank.
- Once sufficient pressure is built, press the trigger on the lance to begin spraying.
- Continue pumping the lever as needed to maintain pressure during spraying.
5.3. Battery-Powered Operation
- Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The pump will activate and build pressure automatically.
- Monitor the pressure gauge (if available) to ensure optimal operating pressure.
- Press the trigger on the lance to begin spraying. The pump will automatically maintain pressure as you spray.
- To stop spraying, release the trigger. To turn off the pump, flip the power switch to the "OFF" position.
5.4. Adjusting Spray Pattern
The included nozzles offer different spray patterns. To change the pattern, twist the nozzle head or replace the nozzle with a different type as required for your application (e.g., fine mist, jet stream).
6. Maintenance
6.1. After Each Use
- Empty Tank: Completely empty any remaining liquid from the tank.
- Rinse Tank: Fill the tank with clean water and spray it through the lance until the tank is empty. Repeat this process several times to thoroughly clean the pump, hose, and lance.
- Clean Nozzles: Remove the nozzle and clean any residue or blockages. Use a soft brush or needle if necessary.
- Clean Filter: Remove and rinse the filter basket.
- Dry Components: Allow all components to air dry completely before storage.
6.2. Battery Care
- Charge the battery fully after each use, especially before long-term storage.
- If storing for extended periods, charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its lifespan.
- Store the sprayer and battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6.3. General Care
- Inspect hoses, connections, and seals regularly for wear or damage. Replace any worn parts immediately.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on any part of the sprayer.
