1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective setup, operation, and maintenance of your TOOLPORT 10x15 ft Pop-Up Canopy Tent, Model 59046. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use.

1.1 Safety Information

• Wind and snow loads have not been tested for this gazebo.
• Always ensure the tent is assembled correctly and securely anchored.
• In case of moderate snowfall, clear the roof promptly to prevent accumulation.
• In case of emerging wind, utilize a storm set (not included, recommended accessory) for additional stability.
• For strong winds, heavy snowfall, or heavy rainfall, temporary disassembly of the gazebo is recommended to prevent damage.
• Keep the tarpaulin away from heat sources and open flames.
• Observe all safety information provided in the assembly instructions included with the product.

2. Components List

3. Setup Instructions

The TOOLPORT Pop-Up Canopy is designed for quick and easy setup by 1-2 persons without the need for additional tools.

1. Unpack Components: Remove the folded frame, roof tarp, and sidewalls from the carrying bag.
2. Position the Frame: Place the folded steel pop-up frame in the desired location.
3. Partially Expand Frame: With one person at each end (for larger models), gently pull the frame outwards until it is partially expanded. Do not fully extend yet.
4. Attach Roof Tarp: Drape the roof tarp over the partially expanded frame. Secure the tarp to the frame corners and edges using the integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps). Ensure the tarp is centered and taut.
5. Fully Expand Frame: Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully expanded and the locking mechanisms engage. This will stretch the roof tarp into its final position.
6. Adjust Height: Extend the telescopic legs to the desired height. Press the release button on each leg and slide the inner leg section upwards until the pin locks into one of the three height adjustment holes. Ensure all legs are set to the same height.
7. Attach Sidewalls (Optional): If using, attach the sidewalls to the frame using the integrated fasteners. The sidewalls with panorama windows can be positioned as desired.
8. Secure with Stakes and Guy Ropes: Anchor the canopy to the ground using the provided ground stakes and guy ropes. This is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Height Adjustment

The canopy features a 3-way adjustable height system. To adjust, press the locking pin on each leg and slide the inner leg section to the desired height setting. Ensure all four legs are adjusted to the same height for stability.

4.2 Sidewall Usage

The included sidewalls can be attached or removed as needed for additional shelter from wind, sun, or privacy. They attach to the frame and roof tarp using integrated fasteners.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: The high-performance polyester tarpaulin with PVC coating is washable. Use mild soap and water to clean the fabric. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Drying: Ensure the roof tarp and sidewalls are completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
• Frame Care: The steel frame is corrosion-resistant. Wipe down any dirt or moisture. Periodically check all frame connections and locking mechanisms for proper function.
• Snow Removal: In snowy conditions, promptly clear any accumulated snow from the roof to prevent structural damage.
• Storage: When not in use, disassemble the canopy and store all components in the provided carrying bag in a dry, protected area.

6. Troubleshooting

• Canopy not stable: Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked at the same height. Verify that ground stakes and guy ropes are properly installed and taut. Consider using a storm set in windy conditions.
• Difficulty expanding/folding frame: Check for any obstructions or bent frame components. Ensure the locking pins are fully disengaged when folding. Lubricate joints if necessary.
• Water pooling on roof: Ensure the roof tarp is taut and properly secured to the frame. Adjust leg heights if possible to create better water runoff.
• Tears or damage to fabric: Inspect the tarpaulin for any tears or punctures. Small damages may be repairable with a suitable patch kit. For significant damage, replacement parts may be required.
