Setup

Before installing the new battery, ensure your cordless phone handset is powered off and disconnected from its charging base.

Locate the Battery Compartment: On the back of your Uniden cordless phone handset, locate the battery compartment cover. This is typically secured by a small latch or screw.
Remove the Old Battery: Carefully open the battery compartment. Disconnect the old battery's connector from the phone's port. Remove the old battery.
