Setup

  1. Unpack the Solatec LED Night Light from its packaging.
  2. Locate a standard 120V AC electrical outlet in your desired indoor location (e.g., bathroom, hallway, bedroom, kitchen, stairway, nursery).
  3. Plug the night light directly into the outlet. The compact design ensures it does not obstruct the second outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Solatec LED Night Light features an automatic dusk-to-dawn sensor and adjustable settings for brightness and color temperature.

Automatic Dusk-to-Dawn Sensor

  • The night light will automatically turn ON when ambient light is insufficient (e.g., at night or in a dark room).
  • It will automatically turn OFF when sufficient ambient light is detected (e.g., during the day).

Adjustable Brightness

The night light offers two brightness modes: Bright and Dim. A switch located on the device allows you to select your preferred brightness level.

Adjustable Color Temperature

You can choose between Warm White (3000K) and Cool White light. A separate switch on the device allows you to toggle between these two color options to suit your preference or room ambiance.

Maintenance

  • To clean the night light, unplug it from the outlet and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • The LED bulbs are designed for long-term use (20,000+ working hours) and are not user-replaceable.

Troubleshooting

  • Light does not turn on automatically: Ensure the ambient light sensor (small dot on the front) is not obstructed. Test in a darker environment.
  • Light does not turn off automatically: Ensure the ambient light sensor is not obstructed and there is sufficient light in the room.
  • Brightness or color not changing: Verify that the switches on the device are correctly set to your desired mode.
  • No light: Check if the night light is securely plugged into a functioning electrical outlet.
