7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| No Power | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the router and the wall outlet. Check if the wall outlet is functional. Press the power button. |
| No Internet Connection | Check the Status LED. If it's not solid green, there might be a network issue. Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and active. Verify APN settings in the web interface. Try moving the router to a location with better signal. |
| Slow Internet Speed | Check signal strength indicators on the router or in the web interface. Reduce the number of connected devices. Consider connecting external antennas if signal is consistently weak. |
| Cannot Access Web Interface | Ensure your device is connected to the GigaCube's Wi-Fi or via Ethernet. Verify the IP address entered in the browser. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Reboot the router. |
| Forgot Wi-Fi Password/Login | Refer to the label on the bottom of the device for default credentials. If changed and forgotten, a factory reset may be necessary (this will erase all custom settings). |
