Important Safety Instructions

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.

  • Read all instructions before using the oven.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or any part of the oven in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause hazards.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, drapes, walls, and the like, when in operation.
  • Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, and similar items.
  • Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
  • Do not place any cooking materials on the oven door when the door is open.

Setup and First Use

Unpacking

Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes, are removed before use. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.

Placement

  • Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the oven. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm (4 inches) from walls and other appliances on all sides.
  • Do not place the oven near flammable materials such as curtains or tablecloths.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or touching hot surfaces.

Initial Cleaning

Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the baking tray, wire rack, and rotisserie accessories in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before placing them back into the oven.

First Use (Burn-off)

It is normal for a new oven to produce some smoke and odor during its first use. This is due to the burning off of protective oils used in the manufacturing process. To minimize this, operate the oven empty for approximately 15-20 minutes at its maximum temperature (230°C) with the convection function. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the Oven

Regular cleaning will ensure optimal performance and extend the life of your oven. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

  • Interior: The oven features a fully enameled interior for easy cleaning. For stubborn stains, place two glasses of water inside the oven and operate it for 30 minutes at a medium temperature. The steam will loosen food residues. Once cooled, wipe the interior with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as they can damage the enamel.
  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the oven in water.
  • Accessories: Wash the baking tray, wire rack, and rotisserie spit in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
  • Door: The oven features double glazing. Clean the glass with a soft cloth and glass cleaner.

    • Ensure the timer knob is set to a cooking duration and not "OFF".
    • Verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped.
  • Food is not cooking evenly:
    • Ensure the correct cooking function and temperature are selected for your recipe.
    • Preheat the oven fully before placing food inside.
    • Avoid overcrowding the oven.
    • Rotate food halfway through cooking for more even results.
    • Ensure proper clearance around the oven for ventilation.
  • Excessive smoke or odor during operation (after initial burn-off):
    • This may indicate food spills or grease buildup. Refer to the cleaning section.
    • Ensure no packaging materials or foreign objects are inside the oven.
