4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the SleepU device. Connect the USB charging cable to the wrist unit and a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. To access detailed data and reports, download the Vihealth app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
