1. Introduction
The Airpulse A80 is a Hi-Res Audio Certified active speaker system designed to deliver exceptional sound quality. Featuring a built-in amplifier and multiple input options, including Optical, Sub Out, Bluetooth 5.0 aptX, AUX, PC, and USB, these speakers offer versatile connectivity for various audio sources. The system incorporates a unique horn-loaded aluminum ribbon tweeter and a proprietarily-designed 4.5-inch aluminum cone mid-woofer driver, ensuring a full and three-dimensional sound experience with precise detail.

2. Safety Information
Please read these instructions carefully before operating the unit. Retain this manual for future reference. Adhere to all warnings and follow all instructions.
- Do not use this apparatus near water.
- Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

4. Setup
4.1 Speaker Placement
For optimal sound performance, place the speakers on a stable, flat surface. Consider using isolation pads or stands to minimize vibrations and improve audio clarity. Position the speakers to form an equilateral triangle with your listening position, with the tweeters at ear level.

4.2 Connecting the Speakers
Connect the active (right) speaker to the passive (left) speaker using the provided speaker connection cable. Ensure the connectors are firmly seated.

4.3 Audio Input Connections
The Airpulse A80 offers multiple input options:
- AUX Input: Connect devices using the RCA to RCA or 3.5mm to RCA audio cable.
- PC Input: Connect your computer using the RCA to RCA audio cable.
- USB Input: For high-resolution audio playback from a computer, connect via the USB-B port using the provided USB cable.
- Optical Input: Connect digital audio sources like TVs or game consoles using the optical cable.
- Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX: Pair your Bluetooth-enabled device wirelessly.
- Sub Out: Connect an external subwoofer for enhanced bass response.
4.4 Power Connection
Once all audio connections are made, connect the power cable to the active speaker and then to a wall outlet. Turn on the power switch located on the rear panel.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Use the power switch on the rear panel of the active speaker to turn the system on or off.
5.2 Volume and Input Selection
The large knob on the rear panel of the active speaker controls the volume. Pressing this knob cycles through the available input modes (AUX, PC, USB, Optical, Bluetooth). The selected input will be indicated by the LED display on the front of the active speaker.
5.3 Tone Controls
Adjust the Bass and Treble levels using the dedicated knobs on the rear panel. These controls allow for fine-tuning the sound to your preference, with a range of +/- 3dB.
5.4 Remote Control Functions
