1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the LeadsaiL Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. This product is designed to provide a comfortable and efficient input solution for your computer. It features a compact design, quiet operation, and a reliable 2.4G wireless connection. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new device.

2. Package Contents

• 1 x USB Nano Receiver (stored inside the mouse battery compartment)

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Battery Installation

The keyboard requires two (2) AA batteries, and the mouse requires one (1) AA battery. Batteries are not included in the package.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard and mouse.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert the AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2 Connecting the Devices

The keyboard and mouse share a single 2-in-1 USB receiver for a convenient plug-and-play experience.

1. Open the battery compartment of the mouse. The USB Nano Receiver is stored inside.
2. Carefully remove the USB Nano Receiver.
3. Plug the USB Nano Receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
4. Turn on the keyboard and mouse using their respective ON/OFF switches.
5. Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. The devices are ready for use once detected.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wireless Connection

The 2.4G wireless connection provides a stable link up to 10 meters (33 feet) away from the USB receiver.

4.2 Mouse DPI Adjustment

The mouse features 3 adjustable DPI levels (800-1200-1600) to suit your preference for cursor speed and precision. Press the DPI button located on the top of the mouse to cycle through the settings.

4.3 Multimedia Shortcuts (Keyboard)

The keyboard includes 12 multimedia shortcuts for quick access to various functions. To use these, press the FN key simultaneously with the corresponding F1-F12 function key.

The keyboard features indicator lights for:

• Num Indicator: Lights up when Num Lock is active.
• Caps Indicator: Lights up when Caps Lock is active.
• Power Indicator: Indicates battery status.

5. Energy Saving Features

To conserve battery life, both the keyboard and mouse are equipped with an automatic sleep mode.

• If inactive for 3 minutes, the devices will enter sleep mode.
• To wake them up, simply click any mouse button or press any key on the keyboard.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LeadsaiL Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the keyboard and mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the device.
• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when performance degrades or the power indicator light signals low battery. Always use new, good-quality AA batteries.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the devices and remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid Liquids: Keep the devices away from liquids to prevent damage to internal components.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LeadsaiL Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Response from Keyboard/Mouse:
  • Ensure the devices are turned ON.
  • Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
  • Verify that the USB Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
  • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver to rule out range issues.
• Lagging or Intermittent Connection:
  • Ensure there are no large metal objects or other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) interfering with the 2.4G signal.
  • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port, preferably one on the front of your computer or via a USB extension cable to improve line-of-sight.
  • Replace batteries, even if they seem to have some charge left.
• USB Receiver Missing:
  • The USB Nano Receiver is stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse for safekeeping during transport. Please check there.
• Multimedia Keys Not Working on Mac OS:
  • As noted in Section 4.3, the multimedia shortcut functions are not compatible with Mac OS.
