4.2 Cleaning and Storage

The lights are designed to be water-resistant and shockproof, but proper care extends their lifespan.

  • Wipe the lights with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure the USB port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
  • Store the lights in a cool, dry place when not in use, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

5.1 Light Not Turning On

  • Check Battery: Ensure the light is fully charged. Connect it to a USB power source and observe the charging indicator.

5.2 Light Not Holding Charge

  • Charging Cable/Adapter: Try using a different USB cable or power adapter to rule out a faulty accessory.
  • Charging Port: Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
  • Battery Life: Battery performance can degrade over time. If the issue persists after trying other charging methods, the battery may need replacement or the unit may require service.

5.3 Light Flickering or Dim

  • Connection: Ensure the light is securely mounted and there are no loose connections if applicable.
