2. Safety Information

Always observe basic safety precautions when using this electric pressure washer to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.

  • Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear appropriate eye protection (safety glasses), hearing protection, and protective clothing (gloves, long pants, closed-toe shoes) when operating the pressure washer.
  • Electrical Safety: The unit is equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) to prevent electric shock. Do not bypass or modify the GFCI. Ensure the power cord is in good condition and connected to a properly grounded outlet.
  • Total Stop System (TSS): The pressure washer features a reliable Total Stop System that automatically shuts off the pump when the trigger is not engaged, saving energy and prolonging equipment life.
  • Spray Gun Safety Lock: The spray gun includes a safety lock to prevent accidental discharge. Always engage the safety lock when the unit is not in use or when changing nozzles.
  • Water Resistance: The unit has an IPX5 waterproof rating, indicating protection against low-pressure water jets from any direction. However, avoid directing water directly at electrical components.
  • Outdoor Use Only: This electric pressure washer is designed for outdoor use only. High-pressure water can damage indoor surfaces and create slipping hazards.
  • Temperature Range: Operate the unit within the rated temperature range of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Protect the unit from freezing temperatures during storage.

  1. Prepare Water Supply: Turn on the water faucet completely to ensure a steady flow to the pressure washer.
  2. Purge Air from System: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun for approximately 30 seconds without the motor running to allow air to escape and water to flow through the system.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the GFCI into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the reset button on the GFCI if necessary.
  4. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your cleaning task (refer to Section 6). Pull down the metal ring on the lance, insert the desired nozzle, and release the ring to secure it.
  5. Unlock Spray Gun: Disengage the safety lock on the spray gun.
  6. Start Cleaning: Aim the spray gun at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance, and squeeze the trigger. The motor will start, and high-pressure water will be discharged.
  7. Engage TSS: Releasing the trigger will activate the Total Stop System, shutting off the pump and motor.
  8. Apply Detergent (Optional): If using the detergent tank, fill it with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the soap nozzle to the lance. The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent when the soap nozzle is in use.
