4.1 Controls and Display

- Menu Button: Accesses system settings and options.
- Preset Button: Saves and recalls radio station presets.

5. Setup
5.1 Connecting Power
- Insert the DC plug of the supplied AC power adapter into the DC IN jack on the rear of the unit.
- Plug the AC adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The unit will power on automatically or enter standby mode.
5.2 Antenna Adjustment
Extend the telescopic antenna fully for the best possible radio reception. Adjust its position if reception is poor.
6. Basic Operation
6.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off (standby mode).
6.2 Volume Control
- Press the Volume + or Volume - buttons to adjust the listening volume.
6.3 Display Dimmer
- The display features multi-stage dimming. Access this function via the Menu button and navigate to the 'Dimmer' setting, then use the < Select > buttons to adjust brightness.
7. Radio Operation
7.1 DAB+ Radio
- Press the Mode/Alarm button to select DAB+ mode.
- If this is the first time using DAB+ or if the station list is empty, the unit will automatically perform a full scan.
- To manually initiate a scan, press the Menu button, navigate to 'Full Scan', and press Enter/Scan.
- Use the < Select > buttons to browse available stations. Press Enter/Scan to select a station.
- The 2.6" LCD display will show station names and program information (RDS).
7.2 FM Radio
- Press the Mode/Alarm button to select FM mode.
- To automatically scan for stations, press and hold the Enter/Scan dial. The radio will scan and stop at the next strong station.
- To manually tune, briefly press the < Select > buttons to fine-tune the frequency.
- The display will show the frequency and RDS information if available.
7.3 Saving and Recalling Presets
The unit supports up to 30 presets for both DAB+ and FM radio.
- To Save: Tune to your desired station. Press and hold the Preset button. Use the < Select > buttons to choose a preset number (1-30), then press Enter/Scan to confirm.
- To Recall: Briefly press the Preset button. Use the < Select > buttons to cycle through your saved presets, then press Enter/Scan to select.
8. Alarm Functions
The Lenco CR-605 features two independent alarm times and a snooze function.

8.1 Setting Alarms
- Press and hold the Mode/Alarm button to enter alarm setup.
- Use the < Select > buttons to choose 'Alarm 1' or 'Alarm 2', then press Enter/Scan.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set the alarm time, alarm source (Buzzer, DAB+, or FM), and alarm volume. Use < Select > to adjust values and Enter/Scan to confirm each step.
- Ensure the alarm is set to 'ON' in the alarm settings.
8.2 Snooze Function
- When the alarm sounds, press the large Snooze button to temporarily silence the alarm for a set period (e.g., 9 minutes). The alarm will sound again after the snooze period.
8.3 Sleep Timer
- The sleep timer allows the radio to play for a set duration before automatically turning off. Access this function via the Menu button and navigate to 'Sleep Timer'. Use the < Select > buttons to choose the desired duration (e.g., 15, 30, 60 minutes).
9. Bluetooth Connectivity
The Lenco CR-605 supports Bluetooth connectivity for streaming audio from compatible devices.
- Press the Mode/Alarm button to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show 'Pairing' or similar.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select 'Lenco CR-605' from the list of found devices.
- Once paired, you can stream audio from your device to the CR-605.
10. Maintenance
10.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
