Using as a Contact Grill
For items like sandwiches, paninis, or thinner cuts of meat, use the grill in its closed position. The floating top plate adjusts to the thickness of your food, ensuring even cooking.

Using as a Table Grill (180° Open Position)
The grill can be opened 180 degrees to create a larger grilling surface, ideal for family meals or grilling different types of food simultaneously (e.g., meat on one plate, vegetables on the other). This is possible due to the two individually adjustable thermostats.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your grill.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the grill from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

- Cleaning Grill Plates: The non-stick grill plates are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating.
- Cleaning Fat Collection Tray: Empty and wash the fat collection tray after each use. It is also dishwasher safe.
- Cleaning Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the grill with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. The grill can be stored vertically to save space.
