The receiver is equipped with a rechargeable battery. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
- Charge the receiver fully before first use.
- Recharge the receiver when the low battery indicator (red LED) appears.
- Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
The call button uses an AAA alkaline battery (included). Replace the battery when the button's signal strength or responsiveness decreases.
5.2 Cleaning
Wipe both the call button and receiver with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the devices in water. While the call button is splash-proof, it is not designed for submersion.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Receiver Does Not Sound
- Check Battery: Ensure the receiver is charged. If the red LED is on, charge the receiver.
- Re-pair Devices: If the receiver does not respond to the call button, re-pair them using the instructions in Section 3.2.
- Range: Ensure the call button is within the effective operating range of 150 meters (500 feet) from the receiver. Walls and other obstacles can reduce this range.

6.2 Call Button Not Responding
- Battery: Replace the AAA battery in the call button.
- Re-pair Devices: Attempt to re-pair the call button with the receiver as described in Section 3.2.
6.3 Reduced Range
- Obstacles: Large metal objects, thick walls, or other electronic devices can interfere with the wireless signal. Try repositioning the receiver or call button.
