6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Setting an Alarm

The Wake-up Light allows you to set one or two alarms. Each alarm can be customized with a wake-up time, light intensity, and sound.

  1. Press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button to activate and set an alarm.
  2. Use the +/- buttons to set the desired wake-up time.
  3. Press the alarm button again to confirm the time.
  4. Next, set the maximum light intensity for the sunrise simulation (levels 1-20). The light will gradually increase over 30 minutes before your set alarm time.

6.2 Smart Snooze Function

To activate the Smart Snooze function, simply tap the front of the Wake-up Light when the alarm sounds. The alarm sound will pause for 9 minutes, and the light will remain on. The alarm will resume after the snooze period.

6.3 Sunset Simulation

The sunset simulation helps you relax and fall asleep naturally by gradually dimming the light over a set period.

  1. Press the Sunset button to activate the sunset function.
  2. Use the +/- buttons to set the duration of the sunset (e.g., 20, 30, 45 minutes).
  3. You can also choose to have a relaxing sound play during the sunset simulation.
  4. The light will gradually dim until it turns off completely at the end of the set duration.

6.4 Using the FM Radio

You can use the Wake-up Light as a standalone FM radio.

  1. Press the Radio button to turn on the FM radio.
  2. Use the +/- buttons to tune to your desired frequency.
  3. Press and hold the +/- buttons to automatically scan for the next available station.
  4. Adjust the volume using the dedicated volume controls.
  5. To turn off the radio, press the Radio button again.
