Operating Instructions
Cooktop Operation
The induction cooktop features 5 elements on a black ceramic glass surface. Control knobs are located on the front panel for each element. The cooktop includes two bridge zones and one dual zone for versatile cooking.
- Element Power: Two elements at 2,100/3,700W Boost, two elements at 2,100/3,700W Boost, and one center dual zone at 1,850/3,000W Boost – 2,600/5,500W Boost.
- Controls: Turn the corresponding knob to activate and adjust the heat level for each element.

Oven Operation
The oven features true European convection with dual convection fans for uniform heat distribution. It includes two interior halogen lights for visibility and two oven racks, one of which is an EZ Glide rolling rack.
- Preheating: Select the desired cooking function and temperature using the oven control knobs. The oven will begin preheating.

Cooktop Cleaning
