4. Setup and Installation

The Gladiator Overhead Max GearLoft™ Storage Shelf is designed for easy installation on any Gladiator wall system (GearTrack® Channels or GearWall® Panels).

4.1. Tools Required (Not Included)

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Wrench or socket set (for bolts)
• Level
• Stud finder (if installing new GearTrack/GearWall)

4.2. Assembly Steps

1. Attach Brackets to Shelf: Secure the dual-mounting shelf brackets to the underside of the mesh shelf using the provided bolts, nuts, and washers. Ensure all connections are tight.
2. Choose Mounting Position: The brackets can be installed in an upward or downward position, offering flexibility for your storage needs. The upward position provides a lower shelf height, while the downward position allows the shelf to sit higher.
3. Position on Wall System: Align the friction lock tabs on the back of the shelf brackets with the upper groove of your Gladiator GearTrack® or GearWall® panels.
4. Secure the Shelf: Once positioned, push the shelf down firmly to engage the friction lock tabs. Use the wing nuts on the brackets to further secure the shelf to the wall system, ensuring a stable and secure fit.
