- Add Coffee Grounds: Add your desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. For optimal results, follow recommended coffee-to-water ratios.

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your coffee machine.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Mineral deposits from water can build up in your coffee machine over time, affecting performance and coffee taste. Descale your machine regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use (e.g., every 2-3 months).

- Pour the descaling solution into the water reservoir.
- Place the empty insulated cup (without lid) on the drip tray.
- Run a brewing cycle with the descaling solution.
- After the cycle, discard the solution.
- Run at least two full cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse the machine thoroughly.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your coffee machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Coffee is not brewing. | No water in reservoir; machine not turned on. | Fill water reservoir. Press the On/Off button. |
| Coffee tastes weak. | Not enough coffee grounds; grounds too coarse; machine needs descaling. | Add more coffee grounds. Use finer grounds. Perform a descaling cycle. |
| Coffee overflows. | Too much water; filter clogged; cup not positioned correctly. | Do not exceed max water level. Clean filter. Ensure cup is centered. |
