1. Important Safety Instructions

  • Placement: Place the fireplace on a firm, level surface. Maintain a minimum clearance of 90 cm (3 feet) from combustible materials such as furniture, curtains, bedding, paper, clothes, and other flammables.

  • Overheating Protection: The fireplace is equipped with an automatic overheat protection system. If the unit overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit, allow it to cool, and remove any obstructions before restarting.

3. Components and Controls

3.1 Control Panel

The control panel is located on the fireplace unit, typically above the flame display. It allows manual operation of the fireplace functions.

3.2 Remote Control

The included remote control provides convenient access to all fireplace functions from a distance.

4. Setup and Installation

The fireplace typically arrives in two packages: one for the mantel structure and one for the electric insert. Assembly is required.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Assembly: Follow the detailed assembly instructions provided with the product for constructing the mantel. Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Press the I/O (Power) button on the control panel or the ON/OFF button on the remote control to turn the fireplace on or off.

5.2 Heating Function

  • Select Heat Output: Press the 1000W or 2000W button on the control panel or remote to activate the desired heating level.
  • Adjust Temperature: Use the Temperature +/- buttons on the remote control to set the desired room temperature between 15°C and 30°C. The adaptive start function will automatically adjust the heating power.
  • Note: The heating function cannot be used independently after the LED flame effect is turned off.

5.3 Flame Effect

  • The LED flame effect can be operated independently of the heating function.
  • Use the Dimmer button on the remote control to cycle through 5 levels of flame brightness.

5.4 Timer Function

  • Press the TIMER ON/OFF button on the remote control to activate the timer.
  • Use the TIMER SET buttons to program the desired operating duration, from 1 minute up to 23 hours and 50 minutes. The timer is precise to the minute.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your electric fireplace.

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Dust Removal: Periodically vacuum or wipe dust from the air intake and exhaust vents to maintain efficient operation.
  • Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a dry, cool location, preferably in its original packaging.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your electric fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
