• Handle glass panels with extreme care. Tempered glass, while strong, can shatter if struck at the edges.
• Ensure the installation surface is level and structurally sound.
• Professional installation is recommended.
• Two people are recommended for lifting and positioning glass panels.

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation. Refer to the included diagram for part numbers and visual guidance. Two people are recommended for certain steps.

4.1. Wall Profile Installation

1. Position a wall profile vertically on the wall according to your model size. Mark the wall with the hole positions on the profile. Ensure holes are not too close to tile edges.
2. Drill holes at the marked positions using a 6mm (0.2362 inch) drill bit.
3. Insert the wall plugs into the holes with a hammer.
4. Attach the wall profile to the wall with screws and put on the screw cover.
5. Repeat the same operation for the other wall profile.

4.2. Fixed Panel Assembly

1. Secure the rails and glass panels with screws, then put on the screw covers.
2. Secure the side profile and glass with screws.
3. Install the limit blocks with screws, then put on the screw cover.
4. Install the water retaining strip.
5. Repeat for the other fixed panel.

4.3. Fixed Panel Installation

1. Insert the fixed panel into the wall profile. (Two people recommended for this action).
2. Connect the two fixed panels using the rail adapter and screw.
3. Put on the decorative covers.

4.4. Moving Panel Assembly

1. Install the wheels on the moving panels, then put on the decorative cover.

4.5. Moving Panel Installation

1. Firstly, hang the moving panel by the wheels on the top rail.
2. Then press the button to fit the wheels into the bottom rail.
3. Repeat for the other side.

4.6. Final Touches

1. Install the handles on the moving panels.
2. Install the magnetic water retaining strips.
3. Install the regular water retaining strips.
4. Secure the fixed panels with wall profiles using screws, then put on the decorative covers.
5. Apply silicone sealant to the outside edges of the profiles. Allow at least 24 hours for the sealant to dry before use.

• Opening/Closing: Gently push or pull the stainless steel handles to slide the doors along the top and bottom rails. The rust-proof stainless steel rollers ensure effortless movement.
• Water Seal: The full-length magnetic door strips ensure a tight seal when the doors are closed, preventing water spillage outside the enclosure.
• Anti-Collision Design: The integrated anti-collision design helps to lessen the impact when the doors meet, contributing to durability and safety.

Flexible Adjustment: Each side allows up to 20mm of width adjustment for a precise fit.

Magnetic Seal Strip: Ensures the shower doors close tightly, preventing water from escaping.

Quick Release Bottom Rollers: Designed for easy removal and cleaning of the glass panels.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower enclosure.

• Glass Cleaning: Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that can scratch the glass or damage the finish. For stubborn water spots, a vinegar-water solution can be effective.
• Frame and Hardware: Wipe down the brushed nickel frame and stainless steel handles with a soft, damp cloth. Dry immediately to prevent water spots. Avoid cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, or abrasive agents.
• Rollers and Tracks: Periodically clean the top and bottom tracks to remove any soap scum or debris that could hinder smooth door operation. The quick-release bottom rollers facilitate easy access for cleaning.
• Seals: Inspect magnetic and regular water retaining strips for wear or damage. Replace if necessary to maintain a watertight seal.

• Doors Not Sliding Smoothly:
  • Clean the top and bottom tracks to remove any debris or soap scum.
  • Inspect the rollers for any obstructions or damage.
• Doors Not Closing Tightly:
  • Check the alignment of the magnetic strips. They should meet flush.
  • Ensure the wall profiles are securely fastened and the enclosure is square.
