1. Product Overview

2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Mounting the Light

1. Attach the U-bracket to the sides of the YN9000 LED light using the provided screws.
2. Mount the U-bracket onto a standard light stand. Secure it by tightening the locking knob on the U-bracket.
3. Adjust the tilt angle of the light using the knobs on the U-bracket.

2.2 Attaching the Softbox

1. Unfold the softbox.
2. Align the softbox mounting points with the light panel.
3. Secure the softbox to the YN9000 unit. Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent accidental detachment.

2.3 Powering the Light

The YN9000 can be powered by a DC power adapter or NP-F series batteries.

• DC Power: Connect a compatible 19V 5A DC power adapter to the DC input port on the back of the light.
• Battery Power: Insert two compatible NP-F series batteries into the battery slots on the back of the light. Ensure correct polarity.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Operation

1. Power On/Off: Flip the power switch located on the back panel to turn the light on or off.
2. Brightness Adjustment: Use the 'CH' (Channel) knob to adjust the overall brightness of the light.
3. Color Temperature Adjustment: Use the 'C/Fine' knob to adjust the color temperature between 3200K (warm) and 5600K (cool).

3.2 Mobile Phone APP Control

The YN9000 supports control via a mobile phone application (Bluetooth-enabled devices).

1. Download the official YONGNUO APP from your device's app store.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
3. Open the YONGNUO APP and search for available devices. Select the YN9000.
4. Once connected, you can control the light's brightness, color temperature, and assign it to one of 8 groups.

3.3 Wireless Remote Control

The included wireless remote control allows for convenient adjustment of the light's settings.

1. Ensure the remote control has working batteries.
2. Use the numbered buttons (1-8) to select a control channel.
