Installation Steps
- Separate the Slides: The drawer slides consist of two main parts: the cabinet member and the drawer member. Gently pull the slide apart to separate these two components.
- Install Cabinet Members:
- Attach the cabinet members to the inside of your cabinet using the provided mounting screws. Ensure they are level and parallel to each other.
- For face frame cabinets, use the rear mounting brackets to secure the back end of the cabinet members.
- Install Drawer Members:
- Attach the drawer members to the bottom sides of your drawer box. Ensure the adjustable locking devices are positioned correctly at the front of the drawer.
- Make sure the notches and holes on your drawer box align with the locking pins and other attachment points on the drawer members.
- Insert Drawer: Align the drawer members with the cabinet members and gently push the drawer into the cabinet until the locking devices engage.
- Adjust Locking Device: If necessary, rotate the side adjustment on both locking devices equally to move the drawer front in the vertical direction for proper alignment.

Operating Instructions
The OCG Undermount Drawer Slides feature full extension and soft-close mechanisms for smooth and quiet operation.
- Full Extension: Pull the drawer completely out to access the entire contents. The slides are designed to extend fully, providing maximum accessibility.
- Soft Close: To close the drawer, gently push it until the soft-close mechanism engages. The drawer will then close slowly and silently on its own, preventing slamming.

Maintenance
OCG drawer slides are designed for long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure optimal function:
- Cleaning: Wipe the slides periodically with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
- Lubrication: Under normal use, the slides do not require lubrication. If you notice any stiffness or friction over time, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the moving parts. Avoid oil-based lubricants, which can attract dust.
- Inspection: Periodically check all mounting screws to ensure they are tight. Loose screws can affect the performance and stability of the drawer.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
