- Fun Features: Perform exciting 360° flips with a single button. Headless Mode eliminates the need to adjust the drone's position before flight, making it ideal for beginners, especially when the drone is far away.
4. Setup Guide
- Charge Batteries: Fully charge both modular batteries using the provided USB charging cable. The indicator light on the cable will change when charging is complete.
- Install Batteries: Insert a charged battery into the drone's fuselage. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Attach Propeller Guards: Securely attach the protective covers to the drone's arms to prevent damage to propellers during initial flights.
- Unfold Drone Arms: Gently unfold the drone's arms until they lock into position.
- Prepare Remote Controller: Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the remote controller.
- Power On Drone: Place the drone on a flat, level surface. Press and hold the power button on the drone until its indicator lights begin to blink.
- Power On Remote: Press and hold the power button on the remote controller until you hear a "ding" sound.
- Pairing: Push the left joystick on the remote fully up and then fully down. The drone's lights will stop blinking, indicating successful pairing.
- Calibrate Gyro: Pull both joysticks on the remote controller to the bottom-right corner simultaneously. The drone's lights will blink rapidly and then become solid, indicating successful calibration.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Takeoff and Landing
- One Key Takeoff: After pairing and calibration, press the One Key Takeoff/Landing button (usually indicated by an up/down arrow icon) on the remote. The drone will automatically lift off and hover at a stable altitude.
- Manual Takeoff: Alternatively, after pairing and calibration, push both joysticks outwards and downwards to start the propellers. Then, slowly push the left joystick up to ascend.
- One Key Landing: Press the One Key Takeoff/Landing button again. The drone will automatically descend and land.
- Manual Landing: Slowly pull the left joystick down to descend. Once the drone lands, release the joystick and the propellers will stop.
5.2 Basic Flight Controls
- Ascend/Descend: Use the left joystick (throttle). Push up to ascend, pull down to descend.
- Turn Left/Right: Use the left joystick (yaw). Push left to turn counter-clockwise, push right to turn clockwise.
- Forward/Backward: Use the right joystick (pitch). Push up to fly forward, pull down to fly backward.
- Fly Left/Right (Strafe): Use the right joystick (roll). Push left to fly left, push right to fly right.
5.3 Special Functions
- 360° Flips: Ensure the drone is at least 10 feet high. Press the 360° Flip button (usually on the top right shoulder of the remote). Then, push the right joystick in the desired direction (forward, backward, left, or right) to perform a flip.

- Headless Mode: Press the Headless Mode button (refer to manual for exact button). In this mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, regardless of which way the drone is facing. This simplifies control for beginners.
- Speed Adjustment: The remote typically has a speed button to cycle through low, medium, and high speeds. Adjust according to your skill level and environmental conditions (e.g., use higher speed in light wind).
- Voice Control & Waypoints: These features are accessible via the DEERC FPV app on your smartphone. Connect your phone to the drone's Wi-Fi network to enable these advanced control options.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone after each use. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals.
- Propeller Replacement: If propellers are damaged, use the provided screwdriver to replace them with spare propellers. Ensure correct A and B propeller types are installed in their respective positions.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If not used for a long period, charge them every 3 months to maintain battery health.
- Storage: Fold the drone arms and store it in its original packaging or a protective case when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
- Drone not responding/pairing: Ensure both drone and remote are fully charged. Repeat the pairing and gyro calibration steps. Make sure there are no strong Wi-Fi interferences nearby.
- Drone drifting: Perform gyro calibration on a flat surface. If drifting persists, use the trim buttons on the remote to fine-tune stability.
- Weak FPV signal/lag: Ensure your smartphone is close to the remote and drone. Avoid environments with high Wi-Fi interference.
- Short flight time: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Flight time can be reduced in windy conditions or with aggressive flying.
- Propellers not spinning: Check if propellers are obstructed or damaged. Replace any broken propellers. Ensure the drone is properly paired and calibrated.
