Important Safety Instructions

  2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.   11. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  12. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
  13. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
  14. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
  15. This heater includes an overheat protection system that automatically shuts off the heater if it reaches an unsafe temperature.
  16. The heater is equipped with a tip-over switch that automatically turns off the unit if it is accidentally knocked over.

  2. Attach Base Feet: Turn the heater upside down. Slide the base feet onto the fins ends as shown in the diagram below until they snap securely into place.
  3. Position Heater: Turn the heater right side up and place it on a firm, level surface. Ensure stability.
  4. Placement: Position the heater at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from walls, furniture, and other combustible materials. Do not place it directly under a power outlet.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the heater directly into a 120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
