Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before setting up or using the tent. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • Always set up the tent on a flat, stable surface.
  • Secure the tent properly using stakes and ropes (not included, but highly recommended) to prevent it from being lifted by wind.
  • Do not use the tent in severe weather conditions, including strong winds, heavy rain, or snow. Disassemble and store the tent during such conditions.
  • Keep all flame and heat sources away from the tent fabric. The fabric is water-resistant but not fireproof.
  • Ensure all frame components are fully extended and locked into place before use.
  • Supervise children around the tent, especially during setup and takedown.
  • Avoid collecting rainwater on the canopy. If water accumulates, gently push up from underneath to release it.

Components List

The package includes the following components:

  • 1 x 10x15 Pop Up Tent Frame (Steel frame with white matte powder coating)
  • 1 x 10x15 Canopy Top (420D Polyester with PU coating)

Takedown and Storage

  1. Lower the tent to its lowest height setting by pressing the leg buttons.
  2. Release the center truss locks by gently pushing down on the center of the frame until it disengages.
  3. With a person at each end, push the frame inwards to collapse it.
  4. Remove the canopy top and fold it neatly.
  5. Fold the frame completely. Store both the frame and canopy in a dry, cool place, preferably in a carry bag (if purchased separately).

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
  • Frame Care: Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure the frame is dry before storage to prevent rust. The frame is rust and corrosion resistant, but proper care extends its lifespan.
  • Storage: Store the tent in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect all components for signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Replace any damaged parts immediately.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Tent is difficult to open or close. Frame components are stiff or misaligned. Ensure the tent is on a flat surface. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to moving parts if necessary. Ensure two people are assisting with setup/takedown.
Canopy does not fit properly. Canopy is not centered or fully stretched. Ensure the frame is fully extended before attaching the canopy. Adjust the canopy to ensure it is evenly distributed and secured at all corners.
Tent is unstable in light wind. Not properly secured to the ground. Always use stakes and ropes to anchor the tent, even in light wind. Consider using weight bags for additional stability.
Water pooling on canopy. Insufficient tension or heavy rainfall. Ensure the canopy is taut. Gently push up from underneath to release accumulated water. Do not use in heavy rain.
