2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials, including tape and protective films.
- Inspect the range for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer.
- Ensure all accessories are present: 1 wok ring, 1 deep oven tray, 1 total-extraction telescopic guide, 2 chrome shelves.
3.2 Location Requirements
The range must be installed on a level, stable surface. Ensure adequate clearance from combustible materials. Refer to the installation guide for specific dimensions and clearances.
3.3 Gas and Electrical Connections
All gas and electrical connections must be made by a qualified technician. The appliance requires a 120V, 60Hz electrical supply and a proper gas supply line. Ensure the gas pressure is within the specified limits for natural gas or LP gas, as applicable.

4.1 Gas Rangetop Operation
The rangetop features 5 sealed gas burners with continuous grates for easy pot movement.
- Burner Ignition: Push and turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the 'HI' position. The igniter will spark. Once the flame is lit, continue to hold the knob for a few seconds to engage the safety valve, then adjust to the desired flame size.
- Flame Adjustment: Rotate the knob between 'HI' (high flame) and 'LO' (low flame) to achieve the desired heat level.
- Wok Ring: Use the provided wok ring on the center burner for stable wok cooking.

The 4.5 cu. ft. gas oven offers 4 cooking modes and a programmable timer with a touch display.
- Setting Temperature: Use the oven control knob to select the desired temperature, ranging from 120°F to 500°F.
- Selecting Cooking Mode: Use the mode selector knob to choose from the available cooking functions.
- Using the Timer: The touch display allows for setting cooking duration or a delayed start. Refer to the detailed display instructions for programming.
- Shelf Positions: The oven has 5 shelf positions. Use the appropriate position for optimal cooking results.
