3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. Detailed instructions and visuals are provided in the included user guide and the assembly video.
- Attach Casters to the Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 360° swivel base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled base.
- Attach Mechanism to Seat: Turn the seat cushion upside down. Align the mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat. Ensure the 'FRONT' label on the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Align each armrest with the designated holes on the sides of the seat cushion. Secure with screws.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the metal brackets on the sides of the seat. Secure with screws.
- Place Assembled Seat onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat (with attached mechanism, armrests, and backrest) onto the gas lift cylinder.
- Attach Headrest and Lumbar Support Pillows: Secure the headrest pillow and lumbar support pillow using their adjustable straps. The lumbar support pillow includes a USB cable for its massage function.

4. Operating Instructions
Your Dowinx Gaming Chair offers multiple adjustment options for personalized comfort:
- Height Adjustment: Use the lever located on the right side beneath the seat to adjust the chair's height. Pull the lever up to raise or lower the seat.
- Recline Function: The lever on the left side allows you to recline the backrest smoothly from 90° to 165°. Pull the lever up and lean back to your desired angle, then release to lock.
- Rocking Function: The chair features a 20° rocking function. Adjust the tension of the rocking mechanism using the round knob located beneath the seat.
- Retractable Footrest: Pull the footrest out from beneath the seat when desired, and push it back in for storage.
- Massage Lumbar Pillow: The lumbar support pillow includes a USB-powered massage function. Connect the USB cable to a power source (e.g., computer, power bank) to activate the massage.
- Linkage Armrests: The armrests are designed to move in conjunction with the reclining backrest, providing continuous arm support.
