- Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Water Resistance: The Gateron Optical switches are waterproof. However, the keyboard itself is not fully waterproof. Avoid exposing the keyboard to liquids.
7. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard Not Responding (Wired): Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
- Keyboard Not Connecting (Bluetooth):
- Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode and pairing mode (flashing indicator).
- Check your device's Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Remove any previous pairings of the keyboard from your device and attempt to pair again.
- Ensure the keyboard battery is not depleted.
- Keys Not Registering: If a specific key is not working, try hot-swapping the switch with a known working switch to determine if the issue is with the switch or the keyboard PCB. Ensure the switch is fully seated.
- RGB Backlight Not Working/Incorrect:
- Check if the brightness is turned down (Fn + [ {).
- If using custom profiles, ensure the KEMOVE software is running or the profile is saved to the keyboard's onboard memory.
- Perform a factory reset if necessary (refer to KEMOVE software or support for specific instructions).
- Lag or Disconnections in Bluetooth Mode: Ensure there are no strong interference sources nearby (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other Bluetooth devices). Try moving closer to your device.
