5. Setup
5.1. Battery Installation
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.

- To remove, press the release button on the battery and slide it out.
5.2. Saw Blade Installation/Change
Always disconnect the battery before changing the saw blade.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button to prevent the blade from rotating.
- Use the provided wrench (if applicable) to loosen the blade retaining screw.
- Remove the old blade and ensure the new blade is clean and undamaged.
- Place the new 89mm carbide saw blade onto the spindle, ensuring the rotation direction arrows on the blade match the direction arrow on the saw's housing.
- Securely tighten the blade retaining screw while holding the spindle lock. Do not overtighten.
5.3. Attaching the Rip Fence
The rip fence assists in making straight, parallel cuts.
- Slide the rip fence into the guide slot on the base plate.
- Adjust the fence to the desired cutting width.
- Tighten the locking screw to secure the rip fence in position.
5.4. Connecting the Vacuum Adapter
For a cleaner work environment, connect a vacuum cleaner to the adapter port.
- Attach the vacuum cleaner adapter to the dust extraction port on the saw.
- Connect a suitable vacuum cleaner hose to the adapter.
6. Operating
6.1. Adjusting Cutting Depth
The cutting depth can be adjusted easily and without tools.
- Loosen the depth adjustment lever/knob.
- Move the base plate up or down to achieve the desired cutting depth. The maximum cutting depth is 28mm.
- Securely tighten the depth adjustment lever/knob to lock the setting.
6.2. Making a Cut
Always ensure the workpiece is securely clamped and stable before cutting.
- Set the desired cutting depth and attach the rip fence if needed.
- Position the saw on the workpiece, ensuring the blade is clear of the material before starting.
- Press the ON/OFF switch to start the saw. Allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the material.
- Guide the saw smoothly and steadily through the material. Do not force the tool.
- Once the cut is complete, release the ON/OFF switch and wait for the blade to stop completely before lifting the saw from the workpiece.
