Setup and Installation
The RBX- Pull Up Bar is designed for easy, tool-free installation in most standard door frames.
Step 1: Choose a Suitable Doorway
Select a sturdy door frame that can safely support your body weight. Ensure the frame is solid wood or metal and free from cracks or damage. The bar is designed for door mount.
Step 2: Adjusting the Bar Length
Hold the pull-up bar with both hands. Simply extend each end by rotating them outward until the end caps make contact with the door frame.

This image illustrates how the RBX Pull Up Bar extends by rotating its ends to fit securely within a door frame.
Step 3: Securing the Bar
Once the ends are in contact with the door frame, rotate the center bar in the opposite direction to tighten it firmly against the frame. Ensure it is snug and does not slip.
Step 4: Test Stability
Before full use, gently apply your weight to the bar to confirm it is securely mounted and stable. Gradually increase pressure to ensure it can support your full body weight.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Bar slips or feels unstable | Ensure the bar is fully tightened by rotating the center bar in the opposite direction of extension. Re-evaluate the sturdiness of the door frame. Do not use if unstable. |
| Bar does not fit doorway | Ensure the door frame width is within the adjustable range of the bar. The bar extends to fit most door frames. |
| Foam grips are worn | While normal wear occurs over time, excessive wear may indicate improper handling or storage. Consider replacing the bar if grips compromise safety or comfort. |
