Setup

Unpacking and Placement

1. Carefully unroll the GoSports Elite Golf Hitting Mat on a flat, stable surface.
2. If the mat appears folded or creased from packaging, allow it to lay flat for 24-48 hours. The creases will naturally disappear over time.
3. Ensure the mat is placed on a surface that can withstand golf ball impact, especially if not using a net. For optimal performance and longevity, place the mat on a firm, level surface.

Inserting Rubber Tees

The mat includes pre-drilled holes designed to accommodate the provided rubber tees. These tees allow for practice with various club types and shot heights.

1. Locate the tee holes on the mat. The 5' x 4' mat features 6 different teeing positions.
2. Select one of the three included rubber tees (1.5", 2.25", or 3.5") based on your desired shot type (e.g., longer tees for drivers, shorter for woods/hybrids).
3. Insert the chosen rubber tee firmly into one of the designated holes. Ensure it is stable before placing a golf ball.

Maintenance
