Maintenance

To maintain your TIDEWE Hunting Chair, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Ensure all components, especially the screw-in knobs and leg adjustment mechanisms, are free from dirt and debris to ensure smooth operation and longevity. Store in a dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Chair feels unstable: Ensure all four legs are fully extended and locked, and that the swivel feet are making firm contact with the ground. Adjust individual leg heights to compensate for uneven terrain.
• Swivel mechanism is stiff or noisy: Check for any obstructions around the swivel base. Ensure all connections are tight. If the issue persists, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the swivel mechanism (avoiding contact with fabric).
• Difficulty folding/unfolding: Ensure no parts are jammed. Check that all adjustment knobs are loosened before attempting to fold or unfold the chair.
