3. Setup and Charging
3.1 Connecting the Charger
The LTD2 USB Dual Charger offers flexible power input options:

- Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to the Micro-USB input port on the charger.
- Alternatively, use a Type-C cable (not included) to connect to the Type-C input port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source such as:
- A laptop USB port
- An AC adapter (USB wall charger)
- A car charger (USB car adapter)
- A power bank
3.2 Inserting Batteries
- Ensure the charger is connected to a power source.
- Carefully insert one or two CR-V3 batteries into the charging slots (CH1 and CH2) of the charger, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- The intelligent LED display will activate, showing the charging status for each inserted battery.

When all four LEDs are steadily lit, the battery is fully charged. Remove the battery from the charger.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Kastar charger or batteries, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Charger not powering on / LEDs not lighting up:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the charger and the power source.
- Try a different USB cable or power source to rule out a faulty component.
- Verify the power source provides sufficient output (e.g., 5V 2-3A).
- Battery not charging:
- Ensure the battery is inserted correctly into the charging slot with the correct polarity.
- Check if the battery contacts on both the battery and charger are clean and free of debris.
- Try charging a different battery in the same slot, or the same battery in the other slot, to identify if the issue is with the battery or a specific charging slot.
- Confirm the battery is a compatible CR-V3 type.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure your USB power source provides adequate current (e.g., 2A or 3A for faster charging). Lower current sources (like some older computer USB ports) will charge slower.
- Avoid using excessively long or low-quality USB cables, which can reduce charging efficiency.
