  1. Receiver Placement: Plug the receiver unit into a standard electrical outlet in a central location where the alarm can be easily heard by the caregiver. Ensure it is within the effective range of the transmitter.
  2. Transmitter Preparation:
    • If not pre-installed, insert the required battery into the transmitter. (Note: The transmitter typically uses a 12V 23A battery, while the receiver plugs into an outlet. Please refer to the product packaging for exact battery type if not pre-installed).
    • Attach the provided lanyard to the transmitter for wearing around the neck, or use adhesive tape (not included) to fix it to a convenient surface like a bedside table or wheelchair.
  3. Pairing (if necessary): The system is usually pre-paired from the factory. If pairing is required or if you are adding additional transmitters/receivers:
    • Press and hold the "SET" button on the receiver until it enters pairing mode (indicated by a specific light or sound).
    • Immediately press the SOS button on the transmitter. The receiver should confirm successful pairing with a sound or light indication.
    • Repeat for any additional transmitters.
  4. Test the System: After setup, press the SOS button on the transmitter to ensure the receiver sounds the alarm and flashes its light. Verify that the signal is received reliably from all intended locations within your home.
