DONGKER Bluetooth Receiver Module (Model 13079)

1. Introduction

The DONGKER Bluetooth Receiver Module is a versatile 3.7-5V DC, 5W stereo audio amplifier board designed for DIY wireless audio projects. This module allows you to easily integrate Bluetooth audio streaming into custom speaker systems, headphones, or to repair existing wireless audio devices. 3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Wiring Connections

Carefully connect the power supply and speakers to the module as shown in the wiring diagram. Ensure correct polarity to prevent damage.

1. Power Supply: Connect a 3.7V-5V DC power source to the 'BAT+' (positive) and 'BAT-' (negative) terminals. The onboard USB port can also be used for 5V power input.
2. Speaker Connections:
   • Connect the left speaker to 'Lout+' (positive) and 'Lout-' (negative).
   • Connect the right speaker to 'Rout+' (positive) and 'Rout-' (negative).
3. USB Sound Card (Optional): Connect the module to a computer via the USB port to use it as an external sound card.

3.2. Initial Power On

Once all connections are secure, apply power to the module. The blue work indicator LED will illuminate, indicating the module is active and ready for pairing.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your audio device to the DONGKER Bluetooth Receiver Module:

1. Ensure the module is powered on and the blue indicator LED is blinking, signifying it is in pairing mode.
2. On your mobile phone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices. The module will appear as "DW-CT14+".
4. Select "DW-CT14+" to pair. No pairing code or password is required.
5. Once successfully paired, the blue indicator LED will stop blinking and remain solid.

4.2. Automatic Reconnection

After the initial pairing, the module will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when both are powered on and within range. If the previously paired device is not found, the module will enter pairing mode again.

4.3. USB Sound Card Mode

When connected to a computer via the USB port, the module can function as a USB sound card. Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. Select the module as your audio output device in your computer's sound settings.

5. Maintenance

• Keep Dry: Avoid exposing the module to moisture or liquids, as this can cause short circuits and damage.
• Clean Gently: If cleaning is necessary, use a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Proper Power Supply: Always use a stable power supply within the specified voltage range (3.7V-5V DC) to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Avoid Physical Damage: Handle the module with care to prevent bending pins or damaging components.

6. Troubleshooting

No Sound Output:

• Check all speaker connections for proper polarity and secure contact.
• Verify that the power supply is connected correctly and providing the specified voltage (3.7V-5V DC).
• Ensure the audio source device is playing music and its volume is turned up.
• Confirm the module is successfully paired via Bluetooth (solid blue LED).

Unable to Pair via Bluetooth:

• Ensure the module is powered on and the blue LED is blinking, indicating pairing mode.
• Turn off and on the Bluetooth function on your audio source device.
• Move your audio source device closer to the module (within 15 meters).
• Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device and try searching again.
• Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the module.

Poor Sound Quality or Distortion:

• Check speaker impedance and ensure they are compatible with the module's 5W output.
• Verify the power supply is stable and not fluctuating.
• Reduce the distance between the module and the audio source to minimize interference.
• Ensure the audio source file quality is good.

Module Shuts Down Unexpectedly:

• Check the power supply. If using a battery, ensure it is sufficiently charged.
• The module has an automatic shutdown feature after 10 minutes of standby. If no audio is playing, this is normal behavior.
