Setup: Charging the Jump Starter
Before initial use, fully charge the jump starter. It is recommended to recharge the unit after each use to maintain optimal performance.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input port on the jump starter.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a car charger.
- The LCD display will show the charging status and battery percentage. Charge until the display indicates 100%.
The unit can also be charged via its USB-C port from a power source.
Operating Instructions
1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
This jump starter is designed for 12V vehicles with up to 8.0L gasoline or 6.5L diesel engines.
- Step 1: Ensure the jump starter has sufficient charge (at least 50% recommended). Insert the blue end of the smart jumper cable into the jump starter's 12V output port. Ensure a secure connection.
- Step 2: Connect the red clamp (+) to the positive terminal of your vehicle's battery and the black clamp (-) to the negative terminal. The smart cable's indicator light will show the connection status.
- Step 3: Once the smart cable indicates a safe connection (usually a solid green light), return to your vehicle and start the engine.
- Step 4: After the engine starts, immediately remove the jumper cables from the vehicle battery terminals, then disconnect the smart cable from the jump starter.
