3. Setup

3.1 Charging Your Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your Soundcore Anker 3 speaker. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included).
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

3.2 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds again.

4.4 Using PartyCast

The PartyCast feature allows you to link multiple Soundcore speakers for a more expansive audio experience. Follow these steps to activate PartyCast:

1. Ensure all speakers are powered on and within range.
2. Connect your primary speaker to your device via Bluetooth.
3. On the primary speaker, press and hold the PartyCast button (often indicated by a chain link icon) for 2 seconds until the indicator flashes white.
4. On the secondary speakers, press the PartyCast button for 2 seconds until their indicators also flash white.
5. Once connected, the PartyCast indicators on all speakers will turn solid white, and audio will play simultaneously.

5.1 IPX7 Waterproof Rating

The Soundcore Anker 3 is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can be immersed in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. This makes it suitable for use by the pool, at the beach, or in the shower. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
