Setup and Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Quick Start System for at least 12-15 hours.

  1. Charging via 220V AC Adapter: Connect the provided AC adapter to the unit's charging port and plug it into a standard 220V wall outlet. The 'CHARGE' indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Charging via 12V DC Car Cigarette Lighter Adapter: Alternatively, the unit can be charged using the 12V DC adapter by plugging it into a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. This method is suitable for maintaining charge during travel.
  3. The 'CHARGE' indicator will change or turn off once the unit is fully charged (refer to specific indicator behavior in your unit's detailed instructions if available).

It is recommended to recharge the unit after each use and at least every 3 months to maintain battery health, even if not used.

Operating Instructions

1. Jump Starting a Vehicle

Ensure the Quick Start System is fully charged before attempting to jump-start a vehicle.

  1. Turn off the ignition of the vehicle to be started and ensure all accessories (lights, radio, etc.) are off.
  2. Connect the red (+) clamp of the Quick Start System to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
  3. Connect the black (-) clamp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the vehicle's chassis, away from the battery and fuel lines. Alternatively, connect to the negative (-) terminal of the battery if safe to do so and recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
  4. Turn on the Quick Start System's power switch. The unit features reverse polarity protection, which will alert you if connections are incorrect.
  5. Attempt to start the vehicle. If it does not start after 5-6 seconds, wait at least 3 minutes before trying again.
  6. Once the vehicle starts, immediately turn off the Quick Start System's power switch.
  7. Disconnect the black (-) clamp first, then the red (+) clamp.

2. Using the Air Compressor

The integrated air compressor is suitable for inflating vehicle tires, bicycle tires, sports equipment, and other inflatables.

  1. Ensure the Quick Start System is adequately charged.
  2. Select the appropriate valve adapter for your item and attach it to the compressor hose.
  3. Connect the hose securely to the item to be inflated.
  4. Turn on the compressor switch. Monitor the pressure gauge on the side of the unit.
  5. Once the desired pressure is reached, turn off the compressor switch and disconnect the hose.

3. Using the LED Work Light and Warning Light

The unit features an LED work light for illumination and a warning light for emergency situations.

  • To activate the LED work light, press the designated light button (refer to the control panel layout on your unit).
  • To activate the warning light (flashing), press the light button again.
  • Press a third time to turn off the light.

4. Using the USB Charging Station

The USB port allows you to charge various USB-powered devices.

  1. Connect your USB device's charging cable to the USB output port on the Quick Start System.
  2. Ensure the Quick Start System is powered on.
  3. The 'USB' indicator light may illuminate to confirm charging.

Maintenance

  • Recharging: Recharge the unit after each use and at least every three months to prolong battery life.
  • Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the Quick Start System in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the clamps are clean and stored safely to prevent accidental short-circuiting.

Troubleshooting

  • Unit does not power on:
    Ensure the unit is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for several hours.
  • Vehicle does not jump start:
    Check that the clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals. Ensure the Quick Start System is fully charged. The vehicle's battery might be severely discharged or damaged, requiring professional assistance.
  • Air compressor does not inflate:
    Check that the hose is securely attached and the correct valve adapter is used. Ensure the unit is adequately charged. Verify that the compressor switch is turned on.
  • USB device not charging:
    Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the unit and the device. Check if the Quick Start System has sufficient charge.
