4. Setup Guide

4.1 Installing Batteries in Microphones

1. Unscrew the lower part of the microphone body to reveal the battery compartment.
2. Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Screw the lower part back onto the microphone body until secure.

4.2 Receiver and Antenna Setup

1. Place the receiver on a stable, flat surface, away from potential interference sources.
2. Screw the four provided antennas into the corresponding ANT A, ANT B, ANT C, and ANT D ports on the rear panel of the receiver. Ensure they are securely tightened.
3. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the receiver and plug it into a power outlet.

4.3 Connecting to an Audio System

You have two options for connecting the receiver to an amplifier or mixer:

• Mixed Output: Use the provided 1/4" audio cable to connect the "MIX OUT" port on the receiver to an input on your amplifier or mixer. This combines all four microphone signals into a single output.
• Individual Outputs: For more control, use XLR cables (not included) to connect the "BALANCED-A", "BALANCED-B", "BALANCED-C", and "BALANCED-D" XLR outputs on the receiver to individual XLR inputs on your mixer. This allows for separate volume and EQ adjustments for each microphone.

Note: An amplifier or speaker system is required to output sound from the receiver.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On the System

1. Ensure all connections (power, antennas, audio output) are secure.
2. Press the "POWER" button on the front panel of the receiver. The LCD displays should illuminate.
3. Turn on each handheld microphone by sliding its power switch to the "ON" position. The microphone's LCD display will show its channel and battery status.
