Setup

1. Charging the Device

  1. Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a USB power adapter (not included).
  2. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.

2. Preparing the Saline Solution

  1. Ensure you have distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water. The water should be lukewarm, not hot or cold.
  2. Open one pre-measured saline salt packet.
  3. Open the small sealable hatch on the side of the reservoir.
  4. Pour the entire contents of one salt packet into the reservoir.
  5. Fill the reservoir with the prepared lukewarm water up to the 300 mL mark.
  6. Close the reservoir hatch securely.

3. Attaching the Nasal Tip

  1. Select one of the nasal tips.
  2. Firmly snap the nasal tip onto the top of the main unit until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely attached to prevent leaks.

Operating Instructions

1. Selecting a Pressure Mode

  1. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to turn on the device.
  2. Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through the three pressure settings: Soft, Normal, and Pulse. An indicator light will show the selected mode.
  3. Start with the 'Soft' mode, especially for first-time users or if you have sensitive nasal passages. Adjust to 'Normal' or 'Pulse' as desired for a more thorough cleaning.

2. Performing the Nasal Rinse

  1. Stand over a sink with your head tilted slightly forward and to one side.
  2. Insert the nasal tip gently into one nostril, ensuring a comfortable seal.
  3. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to start the flow. Breathe through your mouth and avoid swallowing.
  4. Allow the saline solution to flow into one nostril and drain out the other. Use approximately half of the solution for one nostril.
  5. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to stop the flow.
  6. Gently blow your nose to clear any remaining solution and mucus.
  7. Repeat the process for the other nostril with the remaining solution.
  8. After rinsing both nostrils, gently blow your nose again to ensure all solution is cleared.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning after each use is essential for hygiene and device longevity.

  1. Empty Reservoir: After each use, empty any remaining saline solution from the reservoir.
  2. Disassemble: Detach the nasal tip from the main unit.
  3. Hand Wash Components: Hand wash the reservoir and nasal tip with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
  4. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water.
  5. Dry Thoroughly: Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling or storing. The microfiber towel can be used to dry the exterior.
  6. Storage: Store the device in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
