If you encounter issues with your ZIIDOO Bluetooth Adapter, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
7.1 Device Not Powering On
- Solution: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
7.2 Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device
- Solution: Ensure both the adapter and the target Bluetooth device are in pairing mode.
- Solution: Make sure the adapter is in the correct mode (TX for transmitting to headphones/speakers, RX for receiving from phone/tablet).
- Solution: Bring the devices closer together (within 10 meters/33 feet) and ensure no major obstructions.
- Solution: Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices that might interfere with pairing.
- Solution: Restart both the ZIIDOO adapter and the target Bluetooth device.
7.3 No Audio or Low Volume
- Solution: Check all cable connections (3.5mm audio cable) are secure and inserted fully.
- Solution: Adjust the volume on both the ZIIDOO adapter and the connected audio device/source.
- Solution: Ensure the correct audio output/input is selected on your TV, PC, or stereo system.
- Solution: If in TX mode, ensure the adapter is connected to an audio output port (e.g., headphone jack, audio out). If in RX mode, ensure it's connected to an audio input port (e.g., AUX in).
7.4 Audio Delay (Latency)
- Solution: While the device supports low latency, some Bluetooth headphones/speakers may not fully support the same low-latency codecs, leading to a slight delay. Try restarting the device and the connected audio equipment.
- Solution: For video content, some media players (e.g., VLC) allow for audio delay adjustments to synchronize with video.
