4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your juicer before first use:

2. Install the juicer outlet onto the motor base.
3. Carefully place the filter basket into the juicer outlet, ensuring it sits firmly.
4. Position the pulp container on the side of the motor base, aligning it with the pulp ejection spout.
5. Install the feeding chute cover onto the juicer outlet, ensuring it clicks into place.
6. Lift the safety locking arm upwards and secure it into the grooves on the feeding chute cover. The juicer will not operate unless this arm is locked.
7. Place the juice cup under the juice spout.

5. Operating Instructions

Before juicing, ensure all components are correctly assembled and the safety locking arm is engaged. Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.

5.1 Preparing Fruits and Vegetables

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• For fruits with large seeds or hard pits (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries), remove them before juicing.
• Peel citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits) as their peels can impart a bitter taste.
• For produce with a wide mouth, such as whole apples, you may not need to chop them. For smaller or fibrous items, cut them into pieces that fit easily into the feeding chute.

5.2 Juicing Process

1. Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
• Speed 'I' (Low Speed): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as oranges, watermelons, strawberries, and kiwi.
• Speed 'II' (High Speed): Suitable for harder produce like apples, carrots, beets, and celery.
2. With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared fruits or vegetables into the feeding chute.
3. Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force the food pusher, as this can strain the motor and reduce juice yield.
4. Fresh juice will flow into the juice cup, and pulp will be collected in the pulp container.
5. Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to '0' (Off) and unplug the appliance.
