Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the Thermacell Radius Repeller using the provided charger and cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device and plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet. The indicator light will show charging status.
- Insert Repellent Refill:
- Remove the top cover of the Radius Repeller by twisting it counter-clockwise and lifting it off.
- Uncap the liquid repellent refill.
- Insert the refill into the opening in the device, ensuring it is seated firmly.
- Replace the top cover, aligning the marks and twisting clockwise until it locks into place.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the front of the device for approximately 2 seconds. The indicator light will illuminate, indicating the device is active and beginning to create the repellent zone.
- Zone Activation: Allow 10-15 minutes for the repellent zone to fully establish. The device will quietly disperse the repellent into the air.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button again for approximately 2 seconds to turn off the device. The indicator light will turn off.
- Battery Indicator: The indicator light also shows battery status. Refer to the device's specific light patterns for low battery or charging status.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the device with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Refill Replacement: Replace the repellent refill when the liquid is depleted. Follow the "Insert Repellent Refill" steps in the Setup section.
- Storage: When not in use, store the Thermacell Radius Repeller in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the device is turned off.
