3. Operating Modes
The Queenmew Dog Bark Collar offers two operating modes: Remote Control Mode and Auto Anti-Bark Mode. You cannot use both modes simultaneously.
Remote Control Mode
This mode allows you to manually activate the spray or beep functions using the remote control within a range of up to 500 feet.
- Ensure the collar is turned on.
- Press the desired button on the remote control to emit a beep or spray.
- This mode is ideal for direct training and correcting specific misbehaviors.
Auto Anti-Bark Mode
The collar automatically enters this mode if no button on the remote control is pressed within the first 1 minute after turning on the collar.
- In this mode, the collar will automatically detect your dog's bark.
- Upon detecting a bark, the collar will first emit a warning beep.
- If the barking continues, the collar will then release a short burst of citronella spray.

4. Training Multiple Dogs
This system allows you to train up to 2 dogs with a single remote transmitter. Additional receiver collars can be purchased separately if needed.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean the collar and receiver unit with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Waterproof Information
The receiver collar is designed to be waterproof, allowing your dog to play in splash water or rain. However, it is not suitable for prolonged submersion. Please remove the collar when your dog goes swimming or bathing to prevent damage.
Indicators
- Low Spray Indicator: The red LED light (4) on the collar will flash 1 time every 5 seconds when the citronella spray level is low. Refill the spray as soon as possible.
- Low Battery Indicator: The red LED light (4) on the collar will flash 1 time per second when the battery is low. Recharge the collar promptly.
Troubleshooting
Why does the collar not spray or beep when my dog barks?
- Check Mode: Ensure the collar is in "Auto Anti-Bark Mode." If you used the remote within the first minute of turning it on, it might be in Remote Control Mode.
- Citronella Level: The collar may be out of citronella spray. Refill it as per the instructions in the Setup section. Remember, the collar does not come pre-filled.
- Bark Sequence: The collar first emits a beep sound to warn the dog. If the dog continues to bark, then it will spray. You will hear the beep first, then the spray.
- Sensitivity: The sensitivity level might be too low to detect your dog's bark. Adjust the sensitivity to a higher level (M or H) by pressing the On/Off button after turning on the collar. The blue LED light indicates the current level.
How do I know when to refill the spray?
The red LED light (4) on the collar will flash 1 time every 5 seconds when the citronella spray is low. It is recommended to fully refill the spray before each use to ensure consistent operation.
