Setup & Installation
The Ancona AN-1546 is designed for wall-mount installation and can be configured for either ducted (vented) or ductless (recirculating) operation. A conversion filter kit is sold separately for ductless use.
Mounting
The range hood is designed to be mounted on a wall above your cooking surface. Ensure the mounting surface is structurally sound to support the weight of the unit. Ducting Options
For ducted installation, connect the flexible ductwork to the top venting application, which is a round 6-inch outlet. Ensure all connections are sealed to prevent air leakage. For ductless (recirculating) installation, a separate conversion filter kit (charcoal filters) must be purchased and installed. This allows the filtered air to be returned to the kitchen.
Electrical Connection
The unit requires a 120 Volt electrical connection. Ensure the power supply meets the product's requirements and is installed by a qualified electrician.

Operating Instructions
The Ancona AN-1546 features user-friendly electronic controls for fan speed, lighting, and a time delay auto shut-off function.
Control Panel
The control panel is located on the front of the hood. It includes buttons for power, fan speed adjustment, light control, and the time delay feature.

Fan Operation
Press the power button to turn the fan on. Use the speed control buttons to select one of the three available fan speeds (low, medium, high) to match your cooking needs. The powerful 440 CFM motor efficiently removes smoke, moisture, and cooking odors.
Lighting
Activate the Pure Lights LED lighting system by pressing the light button. The two 1.5-Watt LED lights provide bright and eco-friendly illumination for your cooking surface.
Time Delay Auto Shut-Off

Surface Cleaning
Clean the stainless steel surfaces with a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for stainless steel. Wipe with the grain of the metal. For the white finish, use a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the surface.
