Operating Instructions

  1. **Pre-heating**: Plug the power cord into a 120V electrical outlet. Turn the thermostat dial to your desired temperature setting (1-5, with 5 being the hottest). Allow the grill to pre-heat for 5-10 minutes until the indicator light turns off or the grill reaches the set temperature.
  2. **Grilling Food**: Lightly brush the grill plate with cooking oil if desired, especially for foods prone to sticking, although the nonstick surface minimizes this need. Place food directly onto the hot grill plate.
  3. **Temperature Control**: Adjust the thermostat dial as needed during cooking to maintain the desired grilling temperature. The grill features 5 temperature modes for versatile cooking.
  4. **Smokeless Operation**: The integrated oil drip pan collects excess fats and juices, contributing to the smokeless operation. Ensure the drip pan is properly in place before cooking.
  5. **Completion**: Once food is cooked to your preference, carefully remove it from the grill using heat-resistant utensils.
