1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Holstein HH-09115007 Triple Buffet Server. This appliance is designed to keep your food warm and ready to serve, making it ideal for gatherings, parties, and everyday use. It features three individual warming pots with separate temperature controls, allowing you to serve multiple dishes at their optimal temperatures. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the appliance to ensure safe and efficient use.

2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or heating base in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

4. Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Wash the removable warming pots and lids in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.

  1. Place the heating base on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Insert the three clean warming pots into their designated slots on the heating base.
  3. Place the clear lids on top of the warming pots.
  4. Ensure the power cord is easily accessible and not obstructed.

5. Operating Instructions

The Holstein HH-09115007 Triple Buffet Server is designed for keeping cooked food warm. It is not intended for cooking raw food.

  1. After setting up the appliance as described in Section 4, plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
  2. Place your pre-cooked food into the warming pots. Do not overfill the pots.
  3. Place the lids securely on the pots to retain heat and moisture.
  4. Each pot has an individual temperature control knob. Turn the knob for each pot to your desired setting:
    LOW: For gentle warming or extended holding times.
    HIGH: For faster warming or hotter serving temperatures.
    WARM: To maintain food at a safe serving temperature after it has reached the desired heat.
  5. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the pots to reach the desired temperature.
  6. Monitor food temperature to ensure it remains at a safe serving temperature (above 140°F / 60°C).
  7. When finished, turn all control knobs to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance from the outlet.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your buffet server.

  1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove the warming pots and lids. These parts are dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.
  4. Never immerse the heating base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Appliance does not turn on:

  • Food is not warming sufficiently:

  • Uneven heating:
    Stir food periodically to ensure even heat distribution. Ensure the pots are correctly seated on the heating elements.
  • Lids fog up:
    This is normal due to condensation from the warm food. It does not affect performance.
